How far in advance should I book a meeting room?

We recommend booking your meeting room as early as possible to ensure availability. Early booking can be particularly advantageous for large events and popular dates.

Is it possible to have a tour of the room before booking?

Of course! You are welcome to make an appointment to view our conference rooms. Simply contact us at sekretariat∂idschools.kit.edu to find a suitable date.

Are there special rates for weekend or evening events?

Yes, we offer special rates for bookings outside regular business hours. Please contact us at sekretariat∂idschools.kit.edu for detailed information.

Is it possible to hold a hybrid conference?

With our innovative conference technology, you can also interactively involve participants who are not on site in your seminars, events or workshops.
